Nathaly Ossa

Nathaly Ossa (Colombia & Spain) is an experienced cultural manager focused on social innovation and education leadership. Having held leading positions at the Spanish Association of Orchestras and The Academy for Impact through Music, she earned a Bachelor’s in Law from Universidad de Medellin and a Master’s in Cultural Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Nathaly is a recipient of the Santander Scholarship for Emerging Women Leaders at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Susan Anderson

Susan Anderson (USA) has had a long career in arts management, with an emphasis on touring and artistic planning.  She has held positions with the New York Philharmonic, the Cleveland Orchestra, the Baltimore Symphony, the Boston Pops, and the San Francisco Symphony. She currently holds leadership roles with the Atlanta and Santa Barbara Symphonies. 

Gilberto Martinez

Production Manager Gilberto Martinez (Mexico) has overseen the execution of concert tours on four continents from China to Argentina, having held leadership positions in his native Mexico including at the Guanajuato Symphony, Oaxaca Symphony, Boca del Rio Philharmonic, The Orchestra of the Americas, and the University of Veracruz.
